Fairview Place Senior Living is a beautiful, family owned and operated, 42 apartment assisted living facility located in historic Carrollton, KY. We are certified through the Kentucky Department of Aging and Independent Living. We have an array of amenities including six apartment sizes to suit a variety of needs. We encourage you to stop by for a tour or reach out with any questions you have.
We provide 24 hour trained staffing in a home-like environment. Each apartment is equipped with an emergency call system, kitchenette, bathroom, lockable door and its own heat and air conditioning. Our walk-in closets are some of the largest in Kentucky.
Our dietary department prepares and serves three delicious meals a day as well as snacks throughout the day and evening. Meals are served in our elegant dining room, or in your own apartment if desired.
Our rates are very affordable and include all utilities (excluding telephone and enhanced cable). Basic cable is included in the monthly rate along with a wearable personal emergency pendant.
